BC Accessibility Act

In June 2021, the Accessible BC Act became law. The Act provides a framework to identify, remove and prevent barriers to accessibility, including physical, technological, informational, sensory, systemic, and attitudinal barriers.

More information about the Act can be found at:

To facilitate the work of the Accessible BC Act, the Granisle Public Library has joined the Bulkley-Nechako Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee. If you would like to join the Committee or offer feedback, you can do so on our shared Accessibility Feedback Page or forms are available at the library.
